About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who not only excels in administrative support but also has a basic understanding of marketing, particularly in areas such as Google Ads and digital campaigns. This role will support daily operations, assist in managing schedules and communications, and contribute to light marketing tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide administrative support to management and team members, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
✅ Assist in basic marketing activities such as managing Google Ads campaigns, tracking performance, and coordinating with external vendors or agencies.
✅ Support operational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.
✅ Handle client communications with professionalism in both written and verbal English.
✅ Maintain organised filing systems
✅ Assist managers in project follow-ups and deliverable tracking.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Manager Assistant.
✅ Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
✅ Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
✅ Basic knowledge of marketing concepts, especially digital marketing and Google Ads.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
✅ Ability to adapt quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
✅ Experience supporting executives or senior managers.
✅ Exposure to marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, or CRM systems.
✅ Ability to learn and apply new digital tools quickly.
