Job Description:
The Website Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly website designs that reflect our clients' needs and objectives. They will work closely with our Website Team Lead and other team members to bring our clients' visions to life while ensuring the best user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing websites using WordPress, Webflow and Figma.
- Collaborate with the Website Team Lead and other team members to understand client needs and translate them into effective web designs.
- Implement and maintain high-quality SEO policies and incorporate them into website designs.
- Stay updated on current and emerging design trends and technologies.
- Create UI/UX designs that provide an excellent user experience.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure websites align with branding and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in website design.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Webflow, Figma, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of SEO and Core Web Vitals is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work in a remote team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
